Amazon新手學習筆記【第九篇】——跨境電商面試篇'純乾貨'
目前跨境電商行業魚龍混珠的比較多，大家面試一定要小心。同時所謂銷售上億的公司也不是說就是好的公司，需要看具體公司的銷售模式。
這篇文章已經總結知名公司面試經歷，八九不離十，大家可以做一下參考。
在一年多前，我試過去面試過上面幾家公司，確實不盡人意。讓我心灰意冷，所以決定自己去學習，自己弄。
1.關於面試交流方面，其實把相關的單詞背一下，把我的專欄看完大致上差不多了。
2.然後去哪個類目的公司，把那幾個類目的產品看一下，背一下關鍵詞和標題，描述的英文。
3.接著回答一下作為一個客服需要回答的問題。
比如：
1、未付款訂單的催款模板。
2、客戶因訂購的商品大小不合適導致退貨
3、賣家發貨到達時間通知
4、賣家發錯地址
以上都是有可能會問到的，可以背一下相關的英文模板。
比如：通知客戶配合清關
